Because the FLIR A310 ex is rated IP 67, it can be installed in dusty environments.

The Flame-Proof Enclosure “d” prevents any explosion transmission from the inside of the enclosure to the outside.

The protective camera housing can be used for all cameras with a 62x62mm cross-section and, depending on the corner radius, also for larger types. A special double window with germanium and glass is available as an accessory for the FLIR A400 / A500 / A700 / GF77a. This opens up the possibility of using IR and optical cameras at the same time.

Specially designed for the FLIR Ax5 series, the environmental housing offers effective protection against dust and water jets in harsh environment. The front part covers the camera lens using high transmittance Coated Germanium infrared glasses with sealing rings.

The central part protects the FLIR Ax5 camera body and is optimized for maximum heat dissipation from camera electronics. The rear part protects the camera connectors. The end user can select from pre-drilled holes for cable glands or non-drilled version for user definable cable gland position.
