This dedicated infrared product package consists of a Xi 400 imager, a visible camera, and a USB Server, all pre-assembled into an outdoor housing. This package includes a wall mount for easy installation. The redesigned outdoor protective housing from Optris features a built-in heater and fan, allowing operation in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 50 °C (-40 °F to 122 °F) without affecting measurement accuracy. The spot finder IR camera has an optical resolution of 382 x 288 pixels, while the HD visible camera has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. This combination makes the package ideal for combined thermal and visual condition monitoring or early fire detection applications. -
The newly developed Optris Xi 400 combines the benefits of a robust, compact pyrometer and an advanced IR camera. The 80 Hz frame rate allows for the monitoring of fast thermal processes, even including a line-scan function.

The Optris Xi 640 LT USB is a high-resolution thermal camera built for precise temperature monitoring in industrial environments. It works in the long-wave infrared spectrum and measures temperatures from –20 °C to 900 °C. The detector records thermal images at 640 × 480 pixels with a frame rate of 32 Hz. Moreover, a motorized focus enables remote adjustment and ensures accurate surface readings, even in hard-to-reach installations. In addition, the compact design, stainless steel housing, and IP67 protection keep the device reliable in tough conditions. Protective Camera Housing for FLIR A35/A65
Specially designed for the FLIR Ax5 series, the environmental housing offers effective protection against dust and water jets in harsh environment. The front part covers the camera lens using high transmittance Coated Germanium infrared glasses with sealing rings. The central part protects the FLIR Ax5 camera body and is optimized for maximum heat dissipation from camera electronics. The rear part protects the camera connectors. The end user can select from pre-drilled holes for cable glands or non-drilled version for user definable cable gland position. -
