129LC is a liquid-cooled CCTV camera housing specifically designed for industrial high-temperature applications (steelworks, foundries, furnaces, rolling mills). The 129LC is made of two concentrically stainless steel tubes forming a liquid chamber that cools down the camera. The front plate is conceived to create an air barrier that cools and protects the glass from the formation of dust and deposits, especially useful when the housing is located near ovens or dusty places. The Tecnovideo ABFL-01 Air Filtering system is recommended to grant clean air to the front window, filtering out water and oil particles. The enclosure is entirely made in electropolished stainless steel AISI316L, suitable for harsh industrial installations. These housings are engineered to ensure the best protection from external agents and to allow an easy installation and maintenance. -

The camera bracket is conceived to reduce vibrations and to keep the housing still in windy places or with high vibrations. A version of the housing with integrated wiper system is available as well as an extensive range of washer tanks with integrated pump and a variety of mounting brackets and accessories. 168 Series is a camera housing suitable for third party IP visible or thermal cameras. -

It can be equipped with Germanium front window with AR/DLC coating for 7,5-14 µm range, available in two sizes: 70mm and 110mm. Alternatively, with Sapphire front window, AR/DLC coating for 1-5 µm range, and housing diameter of 100mm. The housing is equipped as standard with sunshield, and heather/demister. An additional version features sunshield, heather/demister and wiper. 168IR series is suitable for integration of a variety of customer selected thermal imaging cameras. Additional accessories available include cable tails, washer systems, as well as AISI316L stainless steel mounting brackets. -

The air filtering battery ABFL-01 is used together with the air barrier front window flange in order to keep clean the housing's front window, filtering the air from water and oil particles. The battery is composed by three filters (20, 5 and 0,1 micron) in series, a pressure regulator and a pressure gauge. The water and the oil filtered are collected in 100 cc bowls. The 0.1 micron filter is made up by a microfiber coalescent cartridge which allows a high filtration efficiency of 99,99% on 0,1 μm particles. The regulator filter can keep stable the set pressure regardless of upstream variations. The air filtering battery can easily be installed due to its mounting bracket. The filtering may be refilled with the microfiber cartridge suitable for the element. -
