Fire risks, equipment health, and process monitoring are just the start. Pretty much anything where temperature matters. If it gives off heat, iTL 2.0 makes it simple to keep an eye on it.

iTL 2.0 works with a range of leading thermal cameras, including:

  • FLIR A40/50/70 and A400/500/700 Smart Cameras

  • Plank Vision TNC Series (TNC 20/25, TNC 100, TNC 200, TNC 400 PT)

  • Seek G300 Infrared Camera

  • AT Sensors IRSX Smart Camera

Each camera connects directly to iTL 2.0 for fast, plug-and-play setup and reliable thermal monitoring.

Absolutely. It scales to what you need, from large industrial plants to single-site operations. If it gives off heat, you can monitor it.

Connect Ethernet Port 2 (PoE) on the gateway to your network switch.

Next, use an IP scanner (e.g., Advanced IP Scanner) to locate your gateway’s IP address. Enter the IP address into your web browser and log in using the credentials provided.

Log in to the cloud platform, go to the Settings page, and select Alarms → Alerts.

From there, you can create a new alert, set threshold values, and assign it to the desired camera.

The Gateway offers four upload frequency modes: every 24 hours, 12 hours (default), 6 hours, or 1 hour.

Yes. The Gateway supports DIO at 12VDC–24VDC.

Yes. When creating an alert, you can define a schedule so that alerts are only active during specific time periods.

Yes. You can choose between Low, Medium, or High severity levels when setting up an alert.

Yes. Many users create multiple alarms on a single camera using different thresholds or severity levels.

The number of ROIs depends on the camera brand and model, but typically ranges from 8 to 16.
